Add a contact person on the detail page
If a contact person is assigned to the property in onOffice enterprise, this person will be displayed on its detail page. In the settings of the detail view you can set which fields are displayed.
The contact person is missing or not displayed?
If you expect a contact person but do not see one, please check the following:
- Make sure there is a contact person linked with the property in onOffice enterprise.
- Make sure you have set the correct permissions for the API user.
- Make sure that the contact person is a broker record with contact type “Real Estate Agent”.
Why are no requests for property being received?
As soon as a contact person of the broker type is assigned to the property, the mails are always sent directly to this contact person. If no contact person is assigned, the e-mail that is stored in the form settings will be used.
