On the detail page
If a contact person is linked to an estate in onOffice enterprise, its detail page will show their details.
In the detail view settings, you can configure which fields will be displayed.
When the contact person is missing
If you expect a contact person, but do not see one, please check the following:
- Ensure that a contact person is linked to that estate in onOffice enterprise.
- Ensure that you have set up the correct permissions for the API user.
- Ensure that the contact person is a broker address record with a type of contact of “Real estate agent”.
