Create a new estate list by going to “onOffice > Estates” and clicking on “Add New” at the top. Enter a title, for example “All estates”.
Save the estate list and then copy the shortcode from below the title.
Paste the shortcode on a WordPress page where you want to display the list. You might want to create a new page for this.
When you preview the page, you will probably see an empty list, because you need to publish estates before they appear on the website.
In onOffice enterprise, open an estate that you want to show on your website and go to “Marketing”. In the box “Own-homepage”, set “Publish” to “yes”. The estate should be saved automatically.
You might not immediately see the estate on your homepage, because the plugin stores pages for up to an hour for performance. If you still see an empty list, make sure to clear the cache.
Edit the estate list again by going to “onOffice > Estates” and clicking “Edit” below the list’s name.
At the bottom you can configure which information to show. From the left box you can select fields from onOffice enterprise which can be added to the list on the right. You can change the order of the fields on the right.
For example, on the left open the category “Geographical data” and click the plus next to the field “Country”. That field is now added to the bottom of the field list on the right. After you save and refresh the WordPress page that is using the shortcode, you should see that the country of each estate is now shown.
In the box “Filters & Records”, you can use filters from onOffice enterprise to only show specific estates in this list. This allows you, for example, to create a list of only estates for sale and another list for renting. In the dropdown “Filter” you can choose any public filter available in onOffice enterprise.
Later on, you can learn how to let visitors search your estates in the advanced features. For now, we recommend you continue with the next step.
